Stainless steel washdown Z-Frame cleated belt conveyor/elevator, features 26″ wide belt, with a 32″ long horizontal feed section, followed by a 15′ long steep inclined section and a 32″ long top discharge section.
The conveyor includes 9″ high sidewalls to contain the materials. At the bottom of the conveyor, there is a 30″ x 24″ x 12″ deep stainless steel feed hopper with sloped sides to feed onto the belting. The belt is driven by a top-mounted 2 HP motor operating at 208-230/460V, 1750 RPM, 3/60Hz through a gearbox. Previously utilized in the bagged salad processing and packaging industry.
