Used Wenger (JBT Marel) Dryer/Cooler Series VII, Model 3000. This unit is equivalent to an Airflow II in 2026. The unit was last drying blueberries with a capacity of 2000 lb./hour. The unit is equipped with Vibra Flex Shaker to evenly distribute the berries on a 9/10′ wide belt. The dryer is known as a “two-pass dryer” and was reducing berry moisture content from 36% to 13%.
