The EC10 is a simple horizontal single-stage machine that reduces blocks of cheese into loaves. A mechanical backstop helps the operator place the uncut block in the correct position. After closing the safety cover, the machine automatically starts the cut cycle. The auto height halving mechanism lifts the horizontal cut wire to produce two similar height layers. Cut product discharges onto a static roller section. After the cut cycle is complete, the safety door automatically opens so the operator can quickly reload the machine.
