Used Lyco rotary drum cooker cooler. The unit is 60” dia x 8’ cook zone x 8’cool zone. Each zone can either cook or cool depending on your process. The unit can run pasta, rice, dry beans, green beans carrots, corn, mushrooms, beets, potatoes plus many other vegetable & fruit products.  Throughput rate will vary depending on product density. Hold time from 5200 up to 63000 pounds/hour.

Condition: In good condition – still installed. Sold in As-is, Where-is condition.
