Used 2019 Quadrel Labeler, Model Zero Downtime Top Labeler. The machine has two Servo motor-controlled label drive applicators (Q1250 RH 7”). This allows you to reload one head while the other is working, or if one head is out of labels, the other one will start. The machine is equipped with a pneumatic stop gate, timing screw, missing label UV sensor, dual hugger belt and pneumatic lift for zero downtime.
The unit was purchased in 2019 and was only run for sample testing.
