The POLYPACK TANGO II-24L intermittent motion machine is capable of receiving the hand-loaded delivery of bottles or trays and providing a sleeve wrap with clear or print-registered polyethylene film. NO PADS.

The machine comes with the following:

-Self-Monitoring Diagnostics, Schneider PLC, Servos, and HMI.

-E-WON (remote diagnostics)

-UPS to empty tunnel conveyor for power loss/e-stop (If the machine loses power for any reason, the UPS will power the tunnel conveyor, which will move forward and empty the tunnel of all products.)

-5’ infeed hand-load conveyor extension

-AC unit in the electrical enclosure

-The machine is constructed with a heavy 11-gauge stainless steel main frame

The machine is still installed as shown in the photos and is in good running condition. It is sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition.
